如何开短会、开高效的会议?

white-space: pre-wrap; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; line-height: 26px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">任何会议都有其明确的目的性。比如工作布置会、产品研发讨论会、评审会、干部职工大会等等。目的性不明确的会,则不宜召开。会议主旨较多的会,建议分别召开或者精简形式。会议所要传达的、布置的、决定的事项,应该是具备上会条件的,如已经明确的政策、已经决定的任务、已经先征求过意见的材料等。会议目的明确,任务相对集中,且具备条件的会,才可以进入通知召开阶段。有一次,笔者应提交党委会研究的事项,未在会前征求相关业务部门意见,提交上会就被领导否定了。事后,我抓紧征求相关部门意见,并将反馈意见一并提交会议研究。</span></p></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%; white-space: pre-wrap; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; line-height: 26px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">会议的通知也有讲究。会议通知包括会议目的、事项、人员、时间地点、要求等。一般来说,会议的召开或是根据领导的提议,或工作的需要。因此要结合会议目的梳理出会议事项,再根据会议事项,明确参会人员范围。同时,根据会议的规格和人数,明确会议的时间、地点及相关要求。将以上要素形成草稿后,经流转审批传达到参会人员。会议通知应视会议规模,一般普通小型会议或内部会议,提前3天发出通知即可。大型会议或规格较高的会议,提前1个星期发出通知,如有必要,还要发布会议预通知。对会议需要讨论的资料等,也可以随通知发给参会人员,这样本来需要会上阅览资料梳理发言提纲的时间,就放在了会前。开会时,只要大家依次发表意见即可,会议效率自然提高了。</span></p></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%; white-space: pre-wrap; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; line-height: 26px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">会议开始后,如何让会议保持简短和高效呢?一般我们认为,会议有多个议题的,每个议题讨论时间不应超过15分钟,议题不应超过8个,即总的会议时间不超过2小时为宜。如果是50人以上的大会,会议时间则控制在1个半小时为宜。如果10-30人的日常会议或普通会议,则控制在30-60分钟为宜。因为超过时间,参会人员的耐心会消耗殆尽,会议将转入低效状态。10人以内的会议,因为参会人员较少,除非研究重大事项,一般30分钟内结束。总结一下,会议时间以10分钟为基数,人数与会议时间的增长保持在2倍关系即可,如15人的会议,时间控制在40分钟即可。以上为布置性的会议时间,如意见征求会、讨论会等时间可适当延长。</span></p></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%; white-space: pre-wrap; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; line-height: 26px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">作为主持人,在会议中发挥着指挥员的重要作用。因此,选择由谁作为会议主持人,也有很多讲究。一般来说,会议主持人的级别或权威应该是在参会人员中最高或平齐的,否则,会议的秩序就难以保证,会议目的就很难达到。对有些重要会议,应向主持人提供会议议程及主持词,以便其更好地组织会议。有些会议是根据领导指示召开的,但领导又没时间参加,作为主持人,可以以委托授权形式组织会议,借权维护会场权威。只有个别情况,会议的主持人级别较参会人员低,如有党员领导干部参加的党小组会议。但按照组织原则,党员领导干部是以普通党员身份参会的。</span></p></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%;
